Recent Japanese Copyright Act of revision -the Right of Publication(1)

In 2014, Copyright Act of Japan was revised.  

The main revision is the Right of Publication. The Right of Publication was established 80 years ago and almost all present conditions. Therefore, current the Right of Publication was not able to cope in the electronic books, since it supported only a books of the paper.

 Although I know there is a similar system in Korea, I consider the Japanese Right of Publication and similar system do not exist very much in the world.

I will explain the new Right of Publication and Japanese  publication business.
